Automatic chip counter for dies on blue tape, with ≥500 panels/hour throughput and minimal counting error. Uses Blob analysis and threshold segmentation algorithms to rapidly and accurately count chips from 6×6 mil upward. Widely used in packaging and back-end testing processes.
